The Experience:
The participants of Kai retreats spent a week of retreat in a house located on the island of Formentera where they simply spent time doing activities led by professionals in the field of mindfulness and fitness, in addition to others such as boat tours of the coasts of the island at sunset. Alegría took care of everything else.
